24 Warren St. Tribeca, NY
Architects: Jeshua Paone, AIA / Office 606 Design + Construction

Construction Duration: 4 Years
Complete reconstruction and repurposing of a nineteenth century Tribeca industrial building into a 15,000 sqft duplex home with a 2-story penthouse. High energy efficiencies were achieved with the incorporation of a garden roof, solar hot water, air-sourced heat pumps, in-floor radiant heating, and spray-foam insulation. The entire facade was handcrafted from New York State bluestone and its use ushered in a modern renaissance of natural stone facades in New York City.
