A classic early-20th-century Tribeca building was transformed into a highly resolved, large-scale residence through extensive structural intervention, careful integration of new systems, and constant coordination under full downtown Manhattan constraints.

The project includes a two-story structural steel penthouse, a garden roof with integrated solar, and a quarried bluestone facade.
